FAQ’s

1.     Do you sell to homeowners?
Yes – We sell to contractors and homeowners alike.

2.     Will you come to our home or project and give advice?
Yes – We can come out free of charge and give advice about design, products selection, material estimates and tech help for product placement.

3.     Is our job too small?
No – We will help and sell to any size job.

4.     Do you also install projects?
No – We do not install.
Yes – We do have a referral service.  After hearing or seeing the project we will give you 2 or 3 names of qualified contractors for you to get bids from.

5.     What is “Hardscapes”?
Hardscapes – Is anything in the landscape not flower, tree or mulch.  Pavers are used for sidewalks, patios and pool decks. Retaining walls and raised beds to give shape to the yard and landscape.  Natural stone as boulders or bed surrounds and commonly used pea gravel as a ground cover.

6.     Do I have to buy large amounts?
No – You can buy only the amount you need.  Stone is purchased by the pound and other products are sold each or by the square foot.

7.     How does your pricing compare to that of the big box store (Home Depot, Lowes)?
Our prices are usally lower on all the pavers and walls.  (Excluding Sales)  The mulch prices are about the same. However, our price per CF is less if you buy the 3CF bags.
8.     Can you deliver the products?
Yes – We have a dump truck for the loose materials and a large straight with a Tail end fork lift for the pallet materials.
9.     Is HardScapes Unlimited locally owned?
Yes – Greg Vincent and Eric Holmes both of Hixson and Soddy partnered up and started this business with a new idea in mind.  They wanted to start this business and truly bring a level of expert advice and service to this industry.
10.  Do you have any finace options?
Yes – Belgard offers through HardScapes Unlimited LLC some financing options with an outside financing company.  Also, HU accepts MC, Visa , Discover and Debit Cards.
11.  Do you have a showroom?
Yes – We have a large indoor showroom with most of the major styles of walls and pavers installed.  We also have pictures of past jobs completed using our products.
12.  Where is HardScapes Unlimited Located?
5317 Hwy 153, Hixson, TN 37343  (423) 468-3743 Our building is across Hwy 153 from North Gate Mall.  Directly behind Dunkin Donuts.
13.  What hours is HardScapes Unlimited open?
